Just another reason Enbridge is becoming a a short term employment choice for me. Now retiree benefits for US and Canada are gone if you’re under 55. Even is running this company into the ground really quick. Will see how long STIP remains and then our pensions.

Nothing says we're like a family here like taking away Grandpa's medical coverage, and then laying him off before he can get on Medicare.
Most of us did get around 2-3% this year. And that -3% was the first year of covid when things were “dicey and questionable” regarding the future….this year was supposedly a banner year for us so paying for a merit increase shouldn’t come down to cutting retiree benefits so maybe it’s you who should be shutting up.
Oh shut yer yappin. This cut is prob paying for our merit budget this year. Ya wanna go back to 2% merit? Or -3% like Covid?
Well you read Melissa’s email it will be to everybody’s benefit to get rid of the old retiree medical plan. Nobody really even uses that old thing anyway….im still 20 years off from retiring I knew there was no way I’d get so lucky as to keep that benefit but that su-ks.
Medical retiree benefits dropped for those under 50. Wow…
What?
Didn’t you always have to be 55 to retire?
Your writing skills seem mediocre.
