If you are a former Teradata employee age 65+ who was not aware of the requirement for Medicare with COBRA due to Teradata improperly burying this information, please respond to this thread. We are gauging the interest for a possible class action.

I hope you win! This has happened many times in the past with TD and you would think by now they would learn their lesson. Several groups of 55+ employees have sued and won in the past against ageism, discrimination and now not doing their duty to inform. You have to pay to play and I hope they do. Best of luck.
