The amount of time they spent telling a false story of leading with love is incredible.
They were known to brainwash everyone. Till today I’m still hearing “Don’t worry everything is fine nothing will change we are doing great!” Unfortunately the left over veterans believed in it and work themselves to bone. Wake-up calls will come when they cut your hourly pay or laid you off.
Never understood until recently that leading with love meant for themselves. And only themselves.
