Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Hold them accountable

If you see a mo--n who’s making these decisions to get rid of our colleagues, ask them why. Ask them why we’re having to put in all this extra time away from our family covering for the person they cut while the company makes record profits.

The Emperor has no clothes. Just wait until there’s nothing left to cut and they start going after those bloated salaries of these human ventriloquist dummies they have in the C-suite.

Make them uncomfortable having the answer the tough questions. Do it respectfully of course but don’t let them off the hook. They’re expertly trained to be able to deflect that first question but ask a follow up and watch them squirm.

Ask the tough questions. We absolutely have a right. Having a town hall where all the questions are cherry picked or skipped all together isn’t transparency.

You have a right to know as an “owner”. Notice that term isn’t used anymore. But many are still shareholders

You get flagged if you skip the chain of command.

I can tell you my current management is very fussy about using the "proper" chain of command. FD used to promote an open door policy. Our VP is very controlling and snarky every chance he gets. He also says nothing but the company line and has openly stated we should not be asking questions.

VP's, most of not all, will either not talk to you or give the company propaganda. Most are also afraid of asking questions above them as well. They need to be good soldiers and push the propaganda or else. No enemy here, just many years of experience in this place.

VP and above should be getting asked every time we see them. I am well aware that managers don’t make this decision, thus why I said the mo--ns making the decisions. I’m not your enemy here.

You don't get it do you? Perhaps you are new. Managers have no say in this and above that they won't talk to you. They don't have to talk to you. Make to much noise and you will be on the next hit list. Go ahead and make a big fuss if your ready to leave anyway.

It’s not just Frank it’s all of them. I think we need to put the pressure on the minions. I think more is going to change asking these lightweights the tough questions. Maybe they’ll grow a spine by necessity.

Most people are afraid to ask Frank, buy I know a man who is not. The guy from OCDA would ask Frank the tough questions. You should contact him.
