MJ needs to go. It’s high time. She has no clear vision and is living in a delusion. She just keeps saying we will make great products and great foundry. There is no light at the tunnel.
Splitting the company or merging is the only way out.

She is just another non-technical DEI hire (Like Renee James or Carly Fiorina), and will run things into the ground just like both those two 'beauties' did. She probably doesn't even know what a MOSFET is and how it works, and is co-CEO of Intel with another id--t - LOL.
I am out as of November (G9) but still follow along. I would say everything relies on the board and she/they are just executing existing roadmaps. The board will likely split the company up. Short of that, some kind of merger where MJ is possibly out after a transition.
OP needs to do a head stand in a toilette, but people usually never do what they should.
