Also 4-5 was max 5%, now is min 5%. More meat for McKinsey?
When McKinsey gets involved with a company, there will eventually be a reduction in bonuses, benefits etc. It is the core MO of the despicable company called McKinsey. Expect our insurance to erode next.
A big key point that hasn’t been mentioned is the fact of forcing 5% of employees into the 4 or under-performer bucket. I’m happy to see this addition by subtraction seeing as though there’s plenty of deadweight around this place and BT failed to fully do its job!
I applaud any changes to the vasoline and ky awards.
I applaud any changes to the yearly "Chapstick and Knee Pad" Awards.
The nepotism and friend clubs will continue to dominate the ratings. The end.
With the 1s and 2s reduced to 20% the ratings will be based even more on the buddy system and a popularity contest.
Can someone please share what was mentioned in the forum as a matter of fact. Let’s not always exaggerate or be negative.
They are smart. Avg employee quits before rsu’s matured. We got played Homie.
Not to mention psx stock is waning.
Oh look, I found the HR representative: commenter two!
What’s good about a reduction in 1s and 2s? And no one cares about RSUs when you work for a mo--n.
I love how no one is commenting on this thread. The ELT rolled out an important policy that impacts compensation and it’s crickets because it’s easier to bi--h and moan rather than praise a good change.
More fluffy leadership training required of managers or “people leaders”, the amount of people eligible for 1’s or 2’s has gone from 35% to 20% and now RSU’s are available to most pay grades (percentage depends on grade), the 1-5 ranking system is being changed to 1-3. Pretty much the main points.
