Does anyone know what’s really going on with chat.dell.com? It’s been down for a while and no info other than please submit snow tickets. I know a lot of people who use it daily and it seems to be the only general purpose ai tool with lots of Dell docs and some freedom for how you can use it, even creating agents you can share.
Assuming politics. Should we flood them with tickets? Any hope to turn it back on?
From what i heard, they recieved an astronomical electricity bill and had to pull the plug as it was costing way to much

its not a technical glitch, its been shut down on purpose, i know because i was on the call, obviously there are reasons but its not technical at all, it may or may not come back but what's confirmed is it'll be renamed and at limited capacity

It's not a technical glitch, they are saying it's an issue with misalignment of tools, whatever that means. Definitely something political going on. Nothing surprises me in this place any more.
