It's so they don't have to be held accountable or spin a lie on the spot. Fiserv employees are, by and large, intelligent. They way they lie to us and avoid transparency is so incredibly obvious to everyone. The execs live in delululand if they think we buy it for a second.
I have never received answers to questions that were submitted before a town hall type meeting. They pick and choose questions on the call and the rest are just ignored.
