The flare at the Borger Refinery is very big today, indicating a unit shutdown or some other problem. This is a pretty common occurrence out here.
As big a failure as Businesses Malformation is elsewhere, it is exponentially worse here. They laid off some of the very people that could help the refinery run more reliably.
These problems will continue as long as Malformation and the current Ops Management are in place.
