Considering an offer from pwc but I’ve been here for over 12 years now. It’s just scary to start all over again. It’d be a pay cut as well but can’t take all the none sense this company is doing lately

Check glassdoor, LinkedIn, and here to see what employees are saying. A pay cut to end up in a similar cr-ppy company would be awful.
Seniority doesn’t seem to matter around here. People with 20+ years of knowledge got laid off over new people, probably because they make less money.
Depends on where you are in your career.
PWC are old school too. Suit and tie and in-office attendance. They did a big layoff last Oct. Check the board.
That is hard. A pay cut and starting without that seniority. Tough call to make
