Thread regarding NCR Corp. layoffs

Jim Kelly seems to be as clueless as his predecessors

The new plan is to turn Voyix into his old payments company, apparently. Jim, EVO and Global didn’t have thousands of labor intensive customers or an army of field service techs to pay for.

What was the average cost on that $100 million share buyback, by the way? You’ve already taken a loss on those.

Someone please put this company out of its misery.

Jim Kelly has turned this company into the Hindenburg. The culture has never been worse since he took over, which was 6 months prior to David's exit. He is out of touch with the markets and everyone in the org is afraid to disagree with him.

His grand plan is to get customers on the payment platform and then raise prices through CPI increases and payment terms. Meanwhile - they have no product to sell on the SW side. The company will be sold for parts within 2 years as there is zero chance to see any revenue from their next gen POS in 2026.

DW put a good show with the fake tears for sure at the start

JK was shadow CEO for at least six months before it was made official. DW was a puppet with a $4 million payoff to officially leave.

Not sure why JK stayed and took the CEO position. Hindsight is 20/20 and I guess his vision isn’t too good. Stock price has been lousy and would take a miracle to go back up. Atleos not great but doing much better than Voyix stock. No idea what the going forward is for this company

Upper management wants to see more outsourcing, and they will, it’s the way the companies are going.

They should sack lot of these LT in each teams just hogging resources & blockers !! Rather than buying shares invest in US folks than cheaper non sensical overseas cr-p. But guess whats happening filling the bucket of management dum--ss good for nothing who are demanding reports with bad planning/decisions which also needs guidance

If you invested in this stock, you might as well have thrown some of that money on sports betting—at least there, your odds of a return would’ve been better!

Wow, that was a deeply uninspiring earnings call. Jim Kelly talking about his kidney stone -- what the he-l?! -- and not taking any responsibility for the hardware/Ennoconn disaster, but instead talking about SAP vs Oracle in Nashville?! Is it possible Jim was intoxicated?
