By promoting all the leadership team, Shankar has made it impossible for these people to find replacement roles at the same level in other companies. Who would hire them, given their track record?
Many of our leaders are waiting to retire. The others stay because their skills and experience are obsolete in the competitive job market. KKR will figure this out eventually.
Don't forget the inept leadership in EMEA. That's no better either!

The SEs are assuming more responsibility, there is no other option with all the layoffs.
Brilliant people were layoff recently, really good individuals. Now they are already paying the price for this mistake, several customers are not going to renew.
