They could also deliver it in July and make it retroactive to the First of April. Maybe save a bit of money by doing layoffs first?
Based on history...it will probably be around 2%. Also, that merit has been given over a 13 month period...meaning 2 years ago I received it in March. Last year I received it in April. My guess is they will give it in May. But dont be shy about asking your managers.
I'm 1yr into my time with Fiserv. Should I be concerned?
They will put it off to see if people quit. Then compensation will be reduced due to a possible market downturn. Sound familiar?
Im sorry guys we only grow double digits, but a rounding error off from a projection, no merit for you
YOU’LL GET NOTHING AND LIKE IT!!!!
Employees are always last
You know the saying, how you treat your employees directly translates to how your clients are treated
Why wait? is the 2.3% going to make or break your decision to stay?
Manager here. Last I was told, about a week or so ago, is that senior leadership is still juggling the numbers to figure out what the baseline to divide out will be. Usually that means it's at least a month out before we get announcements of when planning will start. That's usually anywhere from 1-4 weeks before planning which means don't plan on anything until may/june/July at the earliest.
i.e. the currently have concepts of merit increase plans.
Dragging their time on this.. will manage their funny money computations or a big 0 for most which I think that is how it will be.
Not a manager, but have heard that as of a few weeks ago Merit planning had not started for the year
