I’m considering applying for a product management position at Omnissa.
I’d appreciate feedback on the company’s overall culture and the daily work experience in the product management department.

Accepting a position at OMNISSA was the worst mistake I ever made. Should have taken severance.
I mean… sure apply, maybe you will get the job and you will receive a paycheck you can live off of. But I would continue applying elsewhere and as soon as you get another offer, GET OUT. Omnissa will use you, your management will say you are doing great. Then you will be let go out of the blue after being told your position/team is safe. No one is safe here. Outside of the executive team, most of us live in constant fear that we will be next.
"The only warning I would give is we are still in major flux."
Gross understatement. We are a declining asset that KKR acquired and now regreted
Massive layoffs, wicked number of resignations in northeast including a sales director only on the job for few months all working for some lost canadian frenchman canuck, people are leaving by the wolf packs
get out now
Don’t join this two product garbage
EUC LOL
Intune ftw!
If you are ok with instability, a company that is now cutting budgets left and right, and a layoff package that is only 8 weeks total for anyone 8 years or less. Then you will be good.
I disagree with these comments. It's just haters on this website. The only warning I would give is we are still in major flux. I would say that the future is more uncertain at this company than at most others.
Don’t even consider that, you will regret on the first week

Just read the posts here, and you'll understand the culture. It's very bleak at Omnissa.
Don’t make this huge mistake, much better places out there
Worse company, outdated technology, legacy managers
Horrible place to be
