2022 - I was P5 and received 2 months. Had to sign something saying I wouldn't say bad things about the company. Hardest part was leaving my RSU's behind. I knew others that had gone thru it. She told me everything that was going to happen. When the hint of a bad review came, she'd tell me what was coming next. Seems like they have a script.
