Does anyone know what the salary is for an entry level implementation/ conversion analyst? I was interviewed for this role in Omaha and wanted to know what the starting salary is… also what exactly do they do. I read the job description but I know a job description isn’t 100% reflective on what you actually do

More like $60k to $65k.
90k entry level or did you bring experience?
i started in a similar role at 90K so I would expect that or better
Entry level should be $65,000 or more. The job is to move non -Fiserv clients from their existing processing platform onto the Fiserv system. Implementations happen monthly on weekends and the ones you get assigned to will require some weekend work. But it’s not that bad. Maybe 2-3 times per year.
And you use your own cell phone.. no reimbursements.. they will own you
Those two products are in Lincoln NE only. They are going to expect you to drive to Lincoln to be in the office for 40 hours a week. They will wait until you accept the offer before they tell you that tiny detail.
It’s going to be for premier or precision I think… thoughts?
you’ll be expected (not asked) to work evenings and weekends. some jobs we all might say that’s ok on occasion to get important things done but here they EXPECT implementations to do that with zero regard for your personal time. you’ll get zero thanks for it either as it’s expected.
they are operating right now like the whole house is burning down so every day is a crazy non stop push to get people working 10 hours a day plus weekends
it won’t stop anytime soon either.
unless you really really need a paycheck o would run as fast as you can
Ruuunnnnnn!!!
Most likely GBS. Unless you are desperate, you can do better. This place is a dumpster fire and you will be under a magnifying glass
don’t do it.
Did they say which business unit this is for or which product you’d be implementing? That could play a part in the pay scales
