Organizations create loyal & productive employees by inspiring them. Inspired employees create loyal customers. The company is more concerned about micro managing to get “results” rather than inspiring.

In every task you do, every customer interaction you have, every hour you spend in the office; always ask yourself: "Is this good for the company!" and you'll be alright.

I am so inspired guys, I read play nice but win every night to get nightmares and be more productive (by anxiety) the next day to do more for our shareholders.
no just kidding, i do my job the same way they do everything to us which is bare minimum. it was never inspiring it was maybe a bit more fun but thats it.
Aren’t you inspired by the fact we are going to “have the same strategy as FY25…but do better”…how you ask? By “going all in and taking share” 🤦♂️
