For Fiserv being a tech company, you would think the tech provided to us would be at least somewhat usable. I am having to waste at least an hour a day on slow tech or other tech issues. Unbelievable

Between the i5 Dells and dial up internet I can’t believe this place has the audacity to call themselves a Tech company. They literally tried to issue Finance employees the Microsoft Surface. The thing was an immediate fail the the CFO once again looked like a complete mo--n after reining it all back.
@aj+1jn1cak2k If you're a developer and have a surface laptop for a long time.... Kind of you or your managers fault. There are developer laptops.
i have a surface and it takes 5-10 minutes to open a spreadsheet but sapience counts that as unaccounted for time :-(
LMAO....fi is Not a tech company!!!
My laptops hard drive crashed last week. Went to tech cafe, they had the laptop all day… I couldn’t work this day… 5 hrs later they said needed to be replaced but had no laptops and didn’t know when one would come in… couldn’t work for days….
This is a tech company run by old bankheads.
Clearly the answer is to let more developers go, so their 10 year old powerful laptops are available to be reused.
Sadly with all the people let go, I imagine they are repurposing all those laptops. Probably not much chance to get a NEW one, much less a powerful one.
If you have a surface laptop and are a developer you are sc--wed. And when you ask someone at the tech cafe how to get a new laptop they make it sound impossible to get a high powered developer laptop. Send an email, then if it's approved you get put on a list. They said that could take months. I guess they are so concerned with quality of work. Pfffft what a joke. Also anyone who needs a laptop on a pinch if yours crashes or breaks gets a POS surface. For a company that generates so much revenue you'd think they have a solid inventory of equipment
You're mistaken about being a tech company. We're a shady C-suite money grab.
My favorite is when our tech fails while onsite. Great for client confidence.
I've have 4 software update and one BIOS update since Thursday.
I can't get sh-t done.
