soooo… let’s do the math:
it’s fairly common knowledge that everyday acct mgt was being transferred to the call center for quite some time . if sales are up, then why layoff your csr /call center staff?? unless…. business is NOT up, and mason wants those salaries and health benefits off the books . trust me, brockton will NEVER tell you the truth.
i’ve never heard of a business that says “ oh , business is waaay up”, have layoffs . layoffs are a mathematical result of declining revenue and lack of work, due to declining acct base
