Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Delayed PPR

Haven’t had a meeting with supervisor going over yearly stuff. I see I got a bonus but my pay looks the same, idk if I’ll even meet with him since he keeps taking PTO, if I got a pay increase would that show on this paycheck or the next? Is it possible to get a bonus ( very small 300) without a pay bump?

count it as a blessing review is a waste of time. teams heads up with email containing the rating merit RRP numbers is all you need. Have my managers trained to not bother with bs that means nothing for a few years. They are just individual contributors that have their main job with this people managing side hustle strapped to them. works for both of us. They cut and paste the brag sheet you give them. this year with my gps they cut out the company goals that you dont control since most of the time on review is the first time you ever see them. Never had any goals ahead of time in 10+ years. lets see if we can runout the game clock for a few more years

In our dept only 4s & 5s got bonuses. All merits were terrible. Largest I saw was 2%.

Reviews did have to be completed in my gps by 2/25, I’m surprised your mgr didn’t connect with you.

My “review” was done in the form of a teams chat saying I am sending u an email with your merit letter. Not to mention the no evaluation, evaluation. Good luck trying to get in touch with your managers to discuss absolutely anything. Can anyone say “crickets”. Senior level leaders are more concerned with arming offshore with all that they need to do my job.

Looks like an opportunity for your supervisor to pump your tires has been lost. You earned this bonus and I would like to personally thank you for your continued dedication, support and participation to the team.

You most likely will get enough of a merit to cover a tank of gas per month. It’s a joke!

If possible Mr. 100x will reduce your base pay. Now I gave him an idea, holy duck!

RRP’s are paid out on Feb 28 check. Pay raises on the next. If you’re below grade 26, RRP are going away after this year.

Raises are in next Paycheck on March 14th. Raises are effective February 23rd, but do not yet appear in Global Self Service (GSS)-》Personal Information-》My Employee Information-》Compensation Rate. Idk when the raise would be updated in GSS.

Normally you would get a pay increase I haven’t heard anyone getting a bonus alone they usually go hand in hand but it may be very small increase with how this company is
