So, the current reorg has not yet finished, but they have just announced another, just for us, Castrol loosers. A "strategic review" of Castrol, OMG, this company is such a joke.

@bk+1jn0wbwfh LOL. Considering this is a change in strategy, and she is the Head of Strategy, you would think she would be in the front row! Maybe she asked to sit behind out of embarrassment. She has played a major role in this mess.

@a4+1jn0wbwfh The problem with the current mess not being sufficiently attributed to BL goes back to the Board getting rid of him due to the undisclosed relationships. That was the story the media went with instead of the Board acknowledging they made a big mistake in appointing BL. I took a look at his LinkedIn page. He's using a photo of himself from about fifteen years ago!?! He's still coming out with the same a*s licking nonsense. It's sad that he has landed on his feet when he is the cause of thousands losing their jobs.
@a7+1jn0wbwfh How GC continues to be employed by the company is a mystery. She must be on a really high remuneration package to have moved from McKinsey in NY. The entire LT is weak, but GC really is the weakest. She was BL's choice. He brought her on board. What on earth was he thinking of?

We need to officially remove BL from our list of historic CEOs. His desire to be sainted came at the cost of this company and cost thousands their jobs. The undue stress caused by what the company should now describe as it’s dark age needs to be addressed and some one needs to put their hand up and take responsibility for what has now proven out to be one man’s folly.
The market reaction says it all. Reset is not enough. How can HL not tender his resignation ? What will we do with all the DEI pointless positions in hydrogen and ccus ?
