Thread regarding CVS layoffs

At least one person receives 100% bonus

Do I read the exhibit to the recent 10k right? Is it true the former CEO gets the full bonus? https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/64803/000006480325000007/exhibit1067-2024.htm

good riddance to one of the biggest frauds the company has ever known and responsible for so much waste and abuse. fortunately the fraud is gone, but the waste and abuse is still alive and kicking.

$13.6 mill divided by 300 thousand employees is about $45. So each one of us is essentially about to send her a $45 gift card.

Yup. 11.4 mil in cash, and another 2.2 mil in advisory fees. Must be nice

Wait for the DOJ investigations. Will be a nice distraction from what's coming.

Man she should be in jail for theft! Didn’t do anything and got all that money.

The advisory fee appears to be for just one day a week. "The Company and you confirm that it is currently expected that your duties as an advisor will not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the average level of bona fide services performed by you during your employment with the Company"

It’s disgusting that former executives get a golden parachute.

Definitely looks like it. "Greater of target (100%, $2.3M) or Funded Amount". Obviously target of 100% is the greater amount. Also, she gets $9M in severance, and $375k a month as an advisory fee. I'm pretty sure they aren't even asking her for her help.
