Rating: Excellent - 6%!

happy camper here and plan to continue doing nothing for the foreseeable future! I couldn't help but laugh when I heard people who overwork complain about their raises or lack thereof. The secret to getting the highest raise is actually to do nothing; only the lightweights float to the top of the grading curve, if you think about it.

You are doing great! Here is a 0.05% merit raise and an impact award! Go celebrate, but do it over the weekend!

As of February 2025, the inflation rate in the United States was 3% for the 12 months ending in January. This is slightly higher than the previous month's rate of 2.9%. So maybe 0.3% increases and an impact award for 🇺🇸. Obviously a 10000% pay increase and plenty of stock options along with bonuses for “leadership”
