Does anyone know why we aren't servicing them anymore?

Same that happened with (you name it) Amazon lockers, Amazon robots, Amazon stores, Rev Retail, and on and on. Adjacencies are just temporary business arrangements. Don't bank on them being around for long.
We are still servicing them, but there are rumors that Evolv will be trying to hire away Ricoh techs. Stay tuned.
Just another witless decision by the people who are in charge and making decisions in Atlanta.
Evolv has new C-Level leaders and to improve profit decided to inhouse their service instead of outsourcing to Ricoh. They project they can do it for less cost, will be interesting to watch them get many new employees trained that quickly.
