Can't stress this enough... don't be scared to get fired. Collect the unemployment for a few months & then join a rival agency (who are all hiring like crazy). The real ones who will struggle are the ones that remain with Publicis. They're only keeping office puppets who have below average work performance. Only gonna get worse & worse to work for!
I haven't seen any WARN notices for Publicon. I think they are staying under the radar by laying off small chunks from each office. Su-ks.

Costs even less if they leave on their own before they get paid their 2024 bonuses.
They will do the org title change (indirect demotions) early Q2 and delay the bonuses till end of Q2.
A lot of folks would be considering not accepting the title change and leave with the money left on the table.
Very cleverly evil of Publicis/Epsilon leadership.
Costs less to fire people than to lay them off.
