3M will just have more cuts, divestitures and spins. They’ll over hire the spins with 3Mers looking to jump ship, then break apart the spin offs and repeat until 3M is a distant memory. I can remember in the 80s and 90s when people were kicking the door down in the Twin Cities to get an entry level job at 3M. Good pay, great benefits, always something going on for employees at Tartan.
