Given the poor cash flow, lenders being hesitant to loan money I just don’t think there will be any more VRP/ severance packages going forward. There just isn’t any money for that anymore unless you are in executive leadership positions and those individuals will leave with six figure deals. If you are just Managment down to hourly employees you will be let go with a “Your services are no longer required” conversation. The days of paying severance to employees is long gone.

Less revenues, less customers, lower ARPU. You must reduce opex and capex to make sure there's cash left over to pay the interest on the debt. Its a race to zero...
