Anyone hear that bonuses will be delayed until at least April possibly longer? The calendar they put out says estimated payout date March 21.

Legit, first time i've not been snarky on this site. A BONUS is exactly that. If you count on it, you have budgeted wrong. It should always be a nice to have instead of OMG I NEED THIS even if you've got it 10 years in a row. Never in my career path here or otherwise have I budgeted a bonus. Does it su-k to not get? YES, Is is great to get? YES, have I needed it terribly and not gotten it YES, but never rely on it.
The bonus budget is now being sent to help Russia
I also heard that there will be Negative Bonuses for those being RIF'd, deducted from your last paycheck.
I heard that it’s going to be a NEGATIVE bonus and they are going to deduct it from your paycheck and use the money to buy Jeff Clark more t-shirts.
between vacation time, the shutdown and people being pretty sick this last quarter, I'd say quite a few did not achieve green status last quarter. If that is true about losing out because you weren't green, I can say for sure people will be leaving. They have to tread carefully here.
Sad fu--ing site filled with liars and their lies
If the rumors are true they are reaching for ways to not give bonuses and will find a way.
Heard today that its in the 1st check of april
I would be very surprised if any of these rumors are true given the CFO’s guidance on track for full bonuses during the last quarterly broadcast.
I have heard rumors around bonuses but hope none are true, If they are TMs will leave Dell in droves. What I've heard ... 1) no bonuses this year due to opex issues, 2) 65% based on FY performance and Q4 dropping like a rock (e.g. think no one in Fed is buying anything), 3)25% because there is no legal obligation for MD to deliver anything different, 4) and worst rumor is hybrid employees who didn't achieve green (65%) and blue (100% or 39 days per quarter in FY25). So.... probably last bonus year across the board for Dell. I hope no one has leveraged against the uncertainty. I have :(
No, stop making things up
No.. where did you hear this
