Unfortunately everything can be traced. This is an uncomfortable time to be in this country. This better not be Germany in the 30s. I'm scarex.

The fact that every function is doing these layoffs differently is causing so much confusion. Some employee have been told there is no EOI. Our P&C organization is a train wreck.
