Yes, and probably the same people complaining about RTO and RIFs. Won't miss who's not working and those same individuals likely experienced 0% increases. Not providing any additional investment in them and expecting to reduce further.

Under Cartwright TU has been gutted. Seriously, what's the end game? People with intense institutional knowledge were forced to leave. Is he going to sell the company?
