Screening with egos like they know the job. Playing favorites. Holding quality people back. Horrible representation of a failing organization. I guess the shoe fits.

If you stay with this company just get used to this kind of treatment. SO many talented and dedicated employees let go over the past several years.
If they were a gold pan, they would let all the good gold nuggets slip back into the creek and brag about the flake they found. I’d wish them the best of luck but they wouldn’t know what to do with it if they had it.
Correct. They were told to stay neutral yet they’re prescreening talented individuals and not letting them even get to the interview process. What a fu--ing joke fu--ing lunatic losers.
They don’t recruit referrals have been the vast majority of hires forever. They process applicants and they do a horrible job even doing a prescreen.
