If employees are financially penalized for executing the very strategy dictated by "leadership," what does that say about the quality of both the "leadership" and the "strategy"? And on that note, is it possible to put our Board of Directors on a performance improvement plan? Why has every member of the BoD retained their positions considering that they approved Looney's failed energy transition strategy?

This must surely be MA's last roll of the dice. But the media are forgetting that he is rolling back on the strategy that he supported. I wonder if HL will survive. It really needs the Board, the CEO and the LT to be replaced, no matter how long that would take. If what you are doing isn't working, try something different.
