Not a Good Place to Be

With Elliott in the picture, L and D mid and upper level “leadership” is not a very good place to be right now!

I honestly don't know if that's true. Harbison isn't a dummy. Worked with him back in the day, he knows not everything is sunshine and roses. There's definitely a disease in middle management, but I think they're lying to themselves more than to the ELT. That or they're all so new they haven't seen how bad things can go when they go bad.

The real problem is mid level management hides problems from upper level or they are promptly replaced for not being able to handle it themselves.

Overall, Phillips 66 is not an ideal place to be.

A vote of no confidence for management, you know who you are.

With the leadership takeover in MS by DCP, it has become a just get by and look good place and that mentality is being seen in every activity.
