Anybody who's still here is obviously willing to take quite a bit of abuse as long as they're still getting paid. I'm just curious, what would it take for you to say "enough is enough?"

The market is bad, and the checks don’t bounce. As for morale I got nothing left for these a-s clowns. They wanted people to quit, and instead they just now have legions of stuck, miserable people.

already quiet quit a year ago when they started the hybrid/remote nonsense.
I think all remotes gave dell the virtual middle finger knowing it was not a long game.

The utter trolling on this site is so odd to me. Why would you care if someone is still working for a company you apparently hate. Move on. You will be better for it. Obsessing isn't healthy.

My managers behaviour during my 1to1 last week. Officially applying elsewhere though the market isn’t ideal for that! Will attempt to get a transfer in the meantime.
