Are there layoffs this year?
0% raises most certainly mean the position will be cut this year. Thats how it was before last year’s layoffs. Hopefully your manager was transparent about this

There should be plenthy of bonus money with 1300+ layoffs last year.
Available to your people manager today, but to be shared by them before end of week after which time you should have them visible in the system.
