RTO crammed offices

When you're back in the crammed office, take the photos, shame your site on your socials.

If MD is forcing you to pay more to be in the office, he should pay to make it a place somewhere you can do your work.

"Gas, childcare costs,"

How is it that you were taking care of children and working at the same time? Both are a full time job. It's people like you that are driving RTO mandates. Congrats. The gravy train just came to a full stop.

Gas, childcare costs, wear and tear on vehicles, lunch costs and of course not keeping up with inflation. This IS a major paycut. This company su-ks. And MD is just a copy of an imitation. He wants to be Musk SO badly, what an embarrassment.

"Did MD decrease your pay when you worked from home?"

Maybe not MD directly, but I absolutely have taken a paycut every year since 2019. If the annual inflation rate is higher than your annual raise, then you are taking an effective paycut. Pre-2019 my annual raises met or slightly beat the inflation rate. They have been less than the inflation rate since 2019, particularly in 2022 when inflation hit 8% and my raise was 2%, a net paycut of 6%.

Can’t wait to have to sit in a restroom and make calls. Hoping a customer will complain about flushing and other noises. Facilities cannot seat everyone. Did anyone think this through?
