I have a feeling I am going to be changed from Remote to not Remote so can I use the Dell lawyer service to sue Dell? We are being fired essentially for them changing rules and it should amount to constructive dismissal in most jurisdictions. My question is whether I can get ahead of the curve using the Dell Lawyers outsourcing service to do the paperwork now before it all goes up in flames.

OP has the IQ of a field mouse, and not one of the smarter ones either.. Unreal question..my wife is still laughing
You have a "feeling" that you MIGHT be changed from remote to non-remote, so I guess you have not yet been changed. So what is your basis for any lawsuit. Feelings on what might happen is not actionable. Further, if you are in Texas (and many other states) it is an at-will state and Dell can fire you for any reason (barring discrimination) or for no reason at all. Save your attorney fees until you have some basis for a lawsuit.
LOL! you want to sue the company because they told you that you need to come into the office to work? Just find another job. Dell owes you nothing.
Yes, the insurance is managed by Dell. You find the lawyer you need and then tell them what insurance you have. It doesn’t matter that it may be partially funded by Dell.
Mu boss told me, they can change their minds at anytime cause it's their company. We can't control their choices. If you don't like it you can get another job at another company. So I did. Then she took an IC role... she didnt like telling us to leave anymore I guess so now she can just be a victim again instead of a mean boss with no heart. Everyone is putting their own oxygen mask on first before helping others. What a great culture dell has created 🤡
Also no you can't use company lawyers to help sue the company they work for.
I don’t think the legal service covers civil suits
Unfortunately, no. The fine print on it says you can’t use it for this purpose.
