T2 worth it any more?

Been seeing more posting in CS&S around T2 postings lately, curious the culture there. Of the leaders I’ve met it seems like maybe it’s worse than staying on the front line. Is there a way to know for sure the leader you will get, don’t want stuck with any cr-ppy one whom doesn’t care. I only know three whom I can trust and makes me seriously consider applying there unless there is a perk for my future path to applying

If you want to advance at SCHW, you basically have to get experience in at least one OST. As far as culture, that's going to largely be dependent on your direct manager. However, one thing that remains consistent throughout all of T2 is that we're treated like sh-t like by branches, and core reps would rather call out to a T2 group than use their resources, so you're going to get a lot of absolutely braindead questions from reps, with a fair number of them probably not even being something you can handle.
