AI is going to only create more work for people's stupidity and laziness with it.
Fiserv has much bigger problems to fix before they consider moving to AI. That would be an even worse disaster than they already are

It takes a large investment to roll out AI one Fiserv will not make. Fiserv like other companies say they are cutting staff sighting AI just another useful excuse.
But hey Fiserv just authorized the repurchase of 60 million shares of its common stock, plenty of free cash to pump up the stock price!

Although companies around the world are considering layoffs, the way professionals are being treated is the real question here. We’re professionals treat us as such!
This is not new and impacted the entire companies around the world.
Safe from what? Being a slave? If AI can do my job, then it would be easier for it to take my boss' job and beyond.
You can have my job at Fiserv. Give me a retirement offer and it's all yours.
I would wager this is far more widespread than just Fiserv. Every company probable evaluating this. Hey no termination benefits need ever be paid!!!
