It months to say yes or no , even for candidates with in Citi , why system is too complex, this is one of the main reason Citi downfall. HR should act fast and push managers to give feedback and close.

Are you 20y old? Ghosting has been around for decades now. The fact that they do not move forward with your application means that you are in the queue. What else do you need to know :D
Creating AI based IM portal is useless if you don’t act fast. It’s meaning less to have 3 rounds one round for week and one Month to close position. You guys think you can make some impact with process of 3 months to hire Internal Mobility candidates. HR is the base line for success by moving right candidates in right positions. Just reflect what you are doing. People who want to bring down the organization after staying long years their are at higher positions .
Other than the Citi's standard of do more with less, I have no idea why. As a hiring manager I've lost candidates because the HR process drags on way too long.
