Coming up in Mar/Apr 2025. Lack of scientific knowledge and leadership in various departments has stalled progress in cell therapy. Layoffs will come with changes already announced in senior leadership taking a hard look at progress in cell therapy.

There are layoffs across the company, there will be a reduction of staff of ~10%, specifically in the U.S. since the pay is much higher there than other countries. People will be layed off to give jobs to Poland at 25% of a U.S, employees current salary, Mexico at 35% of a U.S, employees current salary and India at 25% of a U.S, employees current salary. This is the sad reality but will continue to occur for the next 2 years.
