A Request to Citi HR

Many consultant-hired employees lack proper education, and their work histories are often fabricated. Citi only reviews the past 5-6 years of experience, so a full employment history review is recommended. Additionally, please assess all DEI candidates for appropriate skills. Many are hired merely to fill positions, while skilled employees suffer due to non-recognition and favoritism towards consultant hiring and DEI. It’s time to revisit this approach.

I wonder if the person posting about DEI is aware they may be DEI too and therefore should be vetted for appropriate skills. I find it laughable when white vets are upset about latina non-vet hires. This is pot and kettle at its finest.

Forget about DEI, some long standing employees, who took lots of relevant trainings at Citi to upgrade themselves are not getting shortlisted for internal positions or promotions? Are Citi’s managers and HR are planning to loose employees?
