Managers and Directors living abroad and making believe they manage employees in the US should be targeted. Especially when most work virtual even if they live in proximity of an office.
Managers will never ask if anyone wants a layoff, they keep anyone that kisses a-s regardless of their performance. If you have ideas that don’t align with your manager, you’re targeted, again, regardless of performance.
Favouritism (buddy system) and even where you’re from are heavily weighted when it comes to reviews and lay offs.
I am glad to have been let go, no more silly games with goofy managers and back stabbing co workers.
