A brand that hides deforestation
A company that treats people like waste
Mediocre leaders that won’t survive a day in a real company that sees past the words and fun-fare
This company is collapsing everyday
Don’t believe their hype
It’s a cover up story while the old dinosaur is in its death bed
Shame on those at the top milking the situation and thoughts with those laid off for no good reason

I think that’s all everyone does, the bare minimum as they know the place is rotten. Some have mastered appearing busy while doing next to nothing.. The media should pick up on the appalling practices of Cargill not just in farming but inside. Their HR people have acted like monsters pushing folk out of the back door
Just do the bare minimum you can get away with and collect the check. Leaderships heads are so far up their own as--s, they won't even notice. Just work hard. Ever. One you do that, it aint so bad lol...
As a current employee who now wishes I was just let go, I could not agree more with all of the comments. I just wish someone in the media would pick up this site and show the real side of Cargill. We should post on Indeed and all of the other employer review sites to make sure prospective employees know what they are getting (or not getting) if they join this awful place.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, too. Some great people have been laid off and those of us left around are in fact faking it as we know the heavy hand of Cargill can strike at any moment, not to mention no idea what’s going on with o many gaps. There's better organizations out there. Cargill’s is rotten from inside out and word needs to get out so the public is aware. They don’t just ba----dise nature and farmers, they do the same to their employees. The only winners are their many highly paid executives.
I experienced the same. The colleagues gone all cold like i disappeared. A bunch of fakers just like their fake results
Terrible company- DO NOT RECOMMEND
I left on my own from Cargill about 10 years ago. My salary has doubled and I am doing less work. Unfortunately today we have less and less moral leaders mentoring next gen of leaders. Today They are in it for themselves. Culture stars from the top and I’m glad I left when I did.
I experienced the exact same thing. Toxic environment with fake personalities (headquarters). Initially I was crushed about the layoffs, but I’m over the moon to be out of that company and on to something better.
I would stop expecting anything from Cargill. Since being laid off, all of the so-called ‘friends’ at the company, none of them bothered to call or check in during my last week or even the months since then. It doesn’t take much to send even a text to let someone know you appreciated their work or their leadership. And these self proclaimed ‘people first’ cant even find a minute to do that. Stop expecting anything than the worst from this company, owners, or even people working there. It is all about greed and self interest that will someday bite them in the a** too.
Yeah don’t believe the hype our town hall cheesy as he-l too, but keyboard warriors couldn’t contain the FAKE enthusiasm. It’s all make believe, th whole covering up reality of an incompetent underperforming company.
Just compare the company stock performance to any stock exchange...they have been flat while everything else has gone up. If you have esop or rsu's cash them out of this comapny and earn actual interest elsewhere. This is wjy the family wanted 2 billion cash out recently, thworown companies performance is cr-p.
The townhall claptrap tickles me. They suggested Cargill’s 2030 perception is shifted from a survival mission to a strategic one. You can try sugar coat tu-d but no one can strategize or execute in that place. They got rid of key skills laying off people, now they can make a mess of it and get help from consultants for tripple the price duh McKinney gotcha
They are all disgusting. Sc--wing farmers sc--wing employees and customers.
Not surprising it’s in nosedive. There’s no place for them they are a car crash kinda place but yeah the execs are milking it while they can
