Which category do you fall in, you don't even work here, you have some low-level job that you don't know how things work, or you're just a dum--ss? Risk adjustment coding is very regulated, every insurance company does this. Every year do mine tries to create a stir about this and nothing ever happens because they have approved processes in place.
