Marketing laid off 5%. Have not heard other departments. Most of these were performance driven and they cut a few senior people. VP of Marketing Analytics was let go in January, about 2 years too late. An AVP in Product Marketing was also let go and also 2 years late. Morale is low as expected but we have no visibility to what happened outside marketing
So sad. You are not the first one that was laid off during maternity leave w/in the last year or so. Seems like low hanging fruit to management. No families allowed.
Got laid off, terrible business in my opinion. Was out on leave with a newborn child no f##$$ were given.
Severance is paid in accordance with either the union/employment contract or the severance policy. Policy is based on years of service up to 50% of base pay after 13 years.
LinkedIn shows a bunch of new engineering positions that were just laid off. Isn't there a law against that?
I heard it was one week per year of service.
employees were given 50% of your yearly salary paid up front but its taxed higher.

Four Techs from Camarillo office, excuse was since Palisades burned down there is a drop in work. One confirmed, maybe two up in Santa Barbara/SLO area. Supervisor in Salinas was canned - not sure if layoffs related. Haven't heard from the Bakersfield or Fresno group.
I was laid off last October though I had been a high performer, all extraordinary in PR for 4 consecutive years because I was one of the very few delivered right results, all my teammates principle engineers delivered no-sh-t, none of them even know any concept of data analytics. It was a shame working for such group people
