The more layoffs we have, the more institutional knowledge we lose, the more talent we drive away, and the worse this place becomes. It’s astounding that those at the top don’t realize what they’re doing to Fiserv with these constant layoffs - especially when they mostly target older, higher-paid employees.

After Frank left, it's seems like Fiserv is eliminating the "older" seniors in the company...
Oouch anyone saying age discrimination yet?
I work with a bunch of id--ts now. They let go of people who actually know the product and do the work.
I hate it so much that I don’t even bother
After the recent layoffs in Nov of 2024 I am not amazed by this ; not one bit. The company does all this mass hiring and for what ? For people to be out of a job during the holidays and don’t get me started on favoritism. The audacity was at an all time high. The company overall was a great experience but to pay less than what the job was worth, and trying to hide it with the incentives and the gift points was just a shame. The supervision was just crazy, I’ve had several different supervisors but to say they’re moving to a different department but really you let them go too for not being proactive or even answering messages that their agents are sending. Let’s not forget if you have a reasonable question the HR department is MIA or “mistakenly missing your messages” on purpose just to avoid confrontation with the agents. The company I assumed to provide longevity and stability overall wasn’t the best experience at all. I wouldn’t put this on my worst enemy even if I wanted to.
The people who have been there the longest are the least paid, not the highest. I assure you of this. There are tons of Mgrs whose direct reports are making more than them, especially if they've been hired in the last 5 years. So it's definitely not getting rid of the highest paid.
Wow, sounds like DOGE and the script bunnies. Let's get rid of all the expertise. What could go wrong? Elon can code it up in a hot minute.
The realize. They don't care. FB is on the way out of the door. Layoffs are the short term way to juice the stock price. The long term is deployment of the golden parachute, not a sustainable future of the company.
