there was a post on here about Gibbons and his CAPS leader (not named). It is now gone. Apparently posts on Gibbons are taken down. Why? He is a public entity at Fiserv

None of us working in software development or client services the last several years should be surprised by this. Quality and Client satisfaction haven’t been a priority since we got the First Data CEO.

Don't worry about it Gibbons is in charge. Once he figures out how to "spell" C-O-R-E.... he will fix it! Remember he has a CAPS leader who is still trying to figure out how to spell C-O-R-E. Two people who single handedly ki-led Core. Yet they are both still here and smiling every day - Well done, chaps!
I seem to recall Fiserv's surveys for Precision showing much more favorable numbers (at least for Precision). That was before closing the Sioux Falls office, laying nearly everyone off, and effectively ki-ling the product. I feel sorry for anyone left working on Precision.
