What is the time frame when we are to get the boxes with shipping label to return the laptop? Please tell me I'm not the only one who has not gotten the box as of today.

Keep the receipts!!! Took about 2-3 weeks to get boxes and then more came after I sent my equipment back-keep the receipts is all I can say.
I got my boxes last week so it takes about 2-3 weeks.
Do we need to sign for the box?
My box took 2 weeks to arrive. Make sure that you keep a receipt of sending it back when you bring it to UPS.
I’m pretty sure if you don’t get a box within 3 days it means they don’t want your stuff back because it’s too old. Take that sh-t down to the pawnshop first thing tomorrow morning.
None here either yet. Seems to take awhile, from what we've experienced.
