Based on todays meeting and how the plan affects the organization, the behind the scenes talk is that if number aren’t reached than the selection begins with administrative functions first. Admin, PM, Program Managers, Buyers, and those positions which are not tied directly to operations that affect revenue or supply chain.

Seems like true. Tech PMs were explicitly called to a meeting today, to have a chat about future prospects
So we have one thread saying there will be too much demand for VLOs and people will be rejected and then given a worse package and another saying there won’t be enough people taking VLO so people will be made redundant who want to stay.
I think some of you don’t have much inside knowledge and just want an outlet for your negativity.
Considering how often PMs are mentioned as example, maybe it’s the first to go.
I simply don’t understand whats the purpose of this message? Whats being achieved here? Are we trying to induce stress and devoid people of their sleeps who fall in the above areas? Or whether there is a planned hidden agenda to keep playing these messages to influence more VLP adoptions so that the targets are met before you fall into danger. Lets stop speculating and wait for 4 more weeks.
